• Next Hunger Games
Our next Hunger Games is a little different than our previous ones. Called "Battle Royale," this Hunger Games will feature one lucky class to be sent to the Hunger Games together. Mr. Dressler's honors history class tried to ignite revolution in Panem. And for their trouble, they will be sent to the arena together. Join us by making a high school junior (16-17 years old) from District 11. See the Battle Royale Subforum for more information. We aim to start in December so now's the time to start developing your character!

Thank you to Suzanne Collins for the creation of Panem and The Hunger Games trilogy. And thank you for the following people who contributed to site design: Ring Wang: banner slideshow code, Revo: fixed sidebar code, Gem: site skin(s).

And many thanks to Sixth Station members for their characters, posts, creativity and work. Thank you to everyone mentioned and unmentioned for the work put into making this site the great board it is.

Thank You

After four years, we have decided to close down Sixth Station. The site has meant so much to many of us who spent countless hours into our game. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our game.

The 101-Fall Hunger Games are wrapping up. You have 24-48 hours to enter the final posts. Members can still post in the "History of Sixth Station" and the "Connection" forums.

Thank you, everyone, who participated in the Equilibrium Project, and thank you to everyone who helped develop it. This was a great subplot, and I know that I enjoyed myself. I hope all of you did as well.

For the final details, you all have about 24 hours to wrap up your EP posts before it's archived where you can read about it forever and ever. If you're like me, you probably have to update your trackers, too, so make sure to do that as well.

In Character Details
During the end of the seventh day, rescue groups are sent out to find those who have been kidnapped. The Capitol employs Peacekeepers as well as emergency medical personelle to find those who have been kidnapped and return them to their rightful places. Those conscious and in good health are questioned intensely (though not rudely) en route to the hospital. All people are held in the hospital in their own sections where they cannot visit anyone else in the EP. Whether this hospital is in the districts or Capitol is unknown, and it's not even clear if everyone is at the same hospital or different ones. While they're being rehabilitated, they're being questioned to some extent. Then, once healed well enough, they're sent back home.

We're catching up on the time line here. I know I mentioned elsewhere that the EP timeline and the IC timeline have kind of diverged, and the rest of the IC timeline was faster than the EP timeline. (This is because we moved the rest of the IC stuff back to the Districts.) That is, the EP timeline was behind the IC timeline by maybe about two weeks. Because you can't really play your character's time in the hospital (though you can certainly refer to it in future posts), we are assuming that any threads post-EP take into account that your character has been hospitalized for about two weeks.

...And I think that's it. I'll be fixing all the dead people's usergroups within the next day or so.
