• Next Hunger Games
Our next Hunger Games is a little different than our previous ones. Called "Battle Royale," this Hunger Games will feature one lucky class to be sent to the Hunger Games together. Mr. Dressler's honors history class tried to ignite revolution in Panem. And for their trouble, they will be sent to the arena together. Join us by making a high school junior (16-17 years old) from District 11. See the Battle Royale Subforum for more information. We aim to start in December so now's the time to start developing your character!

After four years, we have decided to close down Sixth Station. The site has meant so much to many of us who spent countless hours into our game. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our game.

The 101-Fall Hunger Games are wrapping up. You have 24-48 hours to enter the final posts. Members can still post in the "History of Sixth Station" and the "Connection" forums.

Shadow padded through the town, heading towards the fish market. She didn't really know why she was heading down here but she knew that Auresia had asked her for fish. Being the mother that she was, she felt obliged to do as her daughter wished and so, here she was, the smell of fish in her nose. She wrinkled her nose in disgust before approaching one of the vendors and seeing what he had to offer. "Well, hello, Ms. Nighthawk, haven't seen you around in a while" the clerk said. She nodded. "Yeah, it's been quite a while. What do you have on special?" she asked. He smiled, pulling out a few fish for her to look at. They all looked quite good but she was unsure of which one Auresia would like.

It took her a few moments before she finally decided upon Halibut and bought a full sized fish. Paying for it, she turned away before something caught her eye and she looked over, seeing someone she never thought she'd see again; Silver. She blinked, trying to get rid of the image before Silvers voice floated through her head. "Backstabbing wench" The voice startled her and she raised the fish above her head, using it as the only available weapon. "You're supposed to be dead, Silver" She muttered, hitting who she thought was Silver with the halibut.

Mads

Lizzie found herself in the fish market of the City one afternoon. And it wasn't surprising for two reasons: a) it often reminded Lizzie of back home in the Districts before she moved herself and her brother to the City, and cool.gif she was looking for supplies again to try to recreate some Capitolite food she had tried during the last Games. These two reasons combined made it so it wasn't very surprising that Lizzie was at the market.

Standing at a vendor, she was eyeing the different fish on display, trying to think of which had the right coloring and texture that would work with the dish she was trying to recreate. It had been some honey mustard baked fish with a bed of fancy rice and steamed vegetables. One of the easier dishes she was trying to recreate for her and her brother, but she couldn't remember exactly what fish had been used in the dish.

And well, considering she was so busy concentrating on trying to remember the fish, it was a surprise when Lizzie was suddenly being hit in the face with one. "Wait, what?!" she screamed, grabbing a fish and holding it out in defense.
