• Next Hunger Games
Our next Hunger Games is a little different than our previous ones. Called "Battle Royale," this Hunger Games will feature one lucky class to be sent to the Hunger Games together. Mr. Dressler's honors history class tried to ignite revolution in Panem. And for their trouble, they will be sent to the arena together. Join us by making a high school junior (16-17 years old) from District 11. See the Battle Royale Subforum for more information. We aim to start in December so now's the time to start developing your character!

Thank you to Suzanne Collins for the creation of Panem and The Hunger Games trilogy. And thank you for the following people who contributed to site design: Ring Wang: banner slideshow code, Revo: fixed sidebar code, Gem: site skin(s).

And many thanks to Sixth Station members for their characters, posts, creativity and work. Thank you to everyone mentioned and unmentioned for the work put into making this site the great board it is.

Thank You

After four years, we have decided to close down Sixth Station. The site has meant so much to many of us who spent countless hours into our game. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our game.

The 101-Fall Hunger Games are wrapping up. You have 24-48 hours to enter the final posts. Members can still post in the "History of Sixth Station" and the "Connection" forums.

Jenner shrugged. "It's up to you. Dogs need more attention than cats, and fish even less than cats. As long as you've got someone to take care of them while we're at the Capitol, they should be fine."

Jenner didn't worry about his cat while he was gone. The person who took care of Milo did a good job. The cat was always glad to see him when he got home though, but it was to be expected. After all, he was gone for two to three weeks at a time.

Lizzie shrugged. She was sure that if she did get her family a pet, it would be taken care of. But she wasn't sure if they'd all agree on what to get. Of course, she figured she'd be the one home with the pet most of the time so, in reality it might be up to her do decide. As well as it'd be her money to take care of the pet.

"I thought you were allowed to bring pets with you," she answered. "Nims always does." Her example of course would have been Nims, but she was sure she'd seen a few others bring there pets.

Jenner smiled at her. Of course she would mention Nims. The man was crazy about his pets and took them everywhere with him. It was odd to not see him with one of his precious animals.

He shrugged. “You can, and a lot of Victors do. I usually don’t, though. This one,” he glanced down at the cat, “doesn’t like traveling.” Jenner stood, picking up the cat who practically wailed in protest. The man flipped the cat onto its back in his arms and began to scratch it under the chin. Milo almost immediately calmed and began to purr a few moments later.

Lizzie smiled some at his answer. "Oh, that makes sense," she answered. She figured not all animals would like traveling. Liz herself really didn't like the traveling. But she also always felt bad for always leaving her siblings lately now. Withing the last year alone she'd been to the Capitol more than all the years of being a Victor. It didn't help with adding on that her parents had passed away a little more than a year ago that made her feel bad about leaving her siblings.

"I have a question for you," Liz told him. Thinking about the Games in general made her think of wanting to ask what he thought of the four Games a year now. It was something that she wanted to ask other Victors, but in general she didn't go out of her way to go find them and ask them.
