• Next Hunger Games
Our next Hunger Games is a little different than our previous ones. Called "Battle Royale," this Hunger Games will feature one lucky class to be sent to the Hunger Games together. Mr. Dressler's honors history class tried to ignite revolution in Panem. And for their trouble, they will be sent to the arena together. Join us by making a high school junior (16-17 years old) from District 11. See the Battle Royale Subforum for more information. We aim to start in December so now's the time to start developing your character!

After four years, we have decided to close down Sixth Station. The site has meant so much to many of us who spent countless hours into our game. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our game.

The 101-Fall Hunger Games are wrapping up. You have 24-48 hours to enter the final posts. Members can still post in the "History of Sixth Station" and the "Connection" forums.

Congratulations! You have completed the seventh day of the Hunger Games! For those who are still alive, you are coming close to the end. The exact length of time in the arena is determined by the Tributes themselves and how aggressive they are with attaining victory. As the evening of the seventh day falls—not that you can tell much given that the entire arena is fairly dark—you hear Panem’s anthem blasted across the arena. Then the faces of those who died illuminate the sky. When it dies down, the arena is plunged once again into near silence.

the dead (3/8)
    Shasperi Braunfels, D2
    Palette Willows, D2
    Lina Thillloway, D11
the remaining (5/8)
    Ambrose Nike, D1, 90/90
    Bliss Elysium, D1, 65/95
    Uaithne Callahan, D5, 90/90
    Logan Cramer, D6, 65/90
    Eadan Nielson, D7, 48/80
the inactive (1/8)
The following characters were inactive in Day 7 and therefore are allowed to be killed. This is first come, first serve, so the first to claim them get to kill them by whatever means desired. Inactive characters can be NPCed by the person who claimed to kill them.
    Bliss Elysium, D1

Day 8 begins quietly. But somewhere in the morning you hear a voice echo through the arena:

Attention Tributes!
At noon today there will be a feast in the forest. There you will find an item each Tribute needs most.

That is all of the announcement.

Day 8 lasts four days and will end on Thursday, February 24th 12:30 AM PST unless this appears to be the last day. Then it will be extended.

o t h e r . s t u f f

Closer . . . and closer . . . and closer. So I think this will be the last day. Therefore, it may take longer than the four days to finish it but activity rules still apply. (In other words, you still need to remain active and post every 4 days at the very minimum and follow the fighting activity rules.) If it seems like we’ll go into the ninth day, I’ll let y’all know.

But still—for those of you still alive, stay active! Die heroically.

Or, you know, just . . . die.

I suppose Ambrose will kill Bliss. Sorry, Chrissy

Will there be a thread for the Feast?

I'd like to second Marm's question about if there is a specific feast thread, and also, because I was having a bout of insomnia, and couldn't stop thinking...

how long do we have to be at the feast before we can steal other's stuff? So, for example, say one post? A bit brutal, because the first person to the post can steal everything. Maybe two or three posts? If other characters are caught up in other posts, that could be done.

Well, I was going to make the feast post last night (halfway through the game day since the feast is at noon), but then we got busy with our fight threads. Y'all still want the feast?

Edit -- Ooo what am I thinking? You probably do so you can get the presents.

Well, if it's one post to steal stuff, wouldn't that be okay since everyone will take their present in their first post?

That's sounds fine.

I know. Liam isn't a tribute. xD I'm too lazy to post on Ambrose.
